School-Aged Support (4 - 7 years)

The Two-Week Support plus Video Help package is ideal for children ages 2-7 years old. It has the same services as the Two-Week Support package but also includes my "Bedtime Helper" videos. In these videos, I introduce myself to your child and go over our plan and sleep expectations. I provide support and encouragement to help build their bedtime confidence.

• Detailed questionnaire and intake on your child

• Personalized Sleep Plan

• A 30-60 minute telephone or video training call to discuss your sleep plan and answer any questions

• Bedtime Helper introduction video and short encouragement videos as needed after that

• Four nights of phone or email bedtime support until they fall asleep

• Email support for 14 days

• Daily check-in's of the previous day/night

• Closing Information sheet with additional info pertaining to your child's age

• Two phone calls to be used within 3 months of starting

Does your toddler or school-aged child need your assistance falling asleep? Do they constantly get out of bed? Have they always bed-shared? The Three-Week Support Package is ideal for you. It's designed for children ages 2-7 years old. With a full intake on your child, I will first create a customized prep work plan to be started prior to the sleep plan. This preparation is key in building your child's confidence when it comes to bedtime. It will also include "Bedtime Helper" videos from me where I introduce myself and help support and encourage your child throughout the process.
