Infant Support (4 months - 18 months)

Are you confident in helping your child's sleep but need a game plan? Are you overwhelmed with all the information and need guidance tailored to your child's needs? This package provides the needed tools to establish independent skills while helping you confidently implement on your own. 

• Detailed questionnaire and intake on your child

• Personalized Sleep Plan​

• A 30-60 minute telephone or video training call to discuss your sleep plan and answer any questions

• One follow up email to be used within one month of implementing your sleep plan

The One-Week Support package is designed to help families create independent sleep skills who would like some 1:1 support along the way.

• Detailed questionnaire and intake on your child

• Personalized Sleep Plan

• A 30-60 minute telephone or video training call to discuss your sleep plan and answer any questions

• ​Two nights of phone or email bedtime support until they fall asleep

• Email support for 7 days

• Daily check-in's of the previous day/night

• Closing Information sheet with additional info pertaining to your child's age

• One phone call to be used within 3 months​ of starting 

The Two-Week Support package establishes sustainable and independent sleep skills while providing more 1:1 support. 

• Detailed questionnaire and intake on your child

• Personalized Sleep Plan

• A 30-60 minute telephone or video training call to discuss your sleep plan and answer any questions

• Four nights of phone or email bedtime support until they fall asleep

• Email support for 14 days

• Daily check-in's of the previous day/night

• Closing Information sheet with additional info pertaining to your child's age

• Two phone calls to be used within 3 months of starting
